Is it free to list our facility on Florida Rehabs?
Yes, standard listings are free, and facilities never pay to be listed or to claim their profile. Florida Rehabs is supported by advertising, so facilities can choose to pay for a Featured or Premier listing for more visibility, but that is optional. A paid listing does not change the information we show about your facility or earn a Claimed or Verified label.
Which facilities can be listed?
Treatment facilities that are licensed in Florida to provide drug or alcohol addiction treatment can submit a listing. If your facility is licensed and not yet in our directory, send us its details through the form on this page. Every submission is reviewed before it goes live, and our Verified check confirms a current Florida Department of Children and Families substance abuse license.
What happens after we submit a listing?
Our team reviews every submission before it appears in the directory. If you asked about a Featured or Premier listing on the form, our team will also contact you about advertising. Once your listing is live, you can keep it accurate by claiming the profile and using the Update this listing link on it whenever your services, insurance or contact details change.
Our facility is already listed. How do we claim the profile?
Open your facility's profile and choose Claim this profile; claiming is free. Before we mark it as claimed, our team contacts your facility through its publicly listed phone number or website to confirm the request is genuine. Your facility then reviews its name, address, admissions phone number, website, levels of care and accepted payment. How claimed and verified profiles work.
How does a facility become Verified?
A facility becomes Verified after it has claimed its profile and passed a further check by our team. We confirm the facility holds a current substance abuse license from the Florida Department of Children and Families and check any accreditation it lists, such as The Joint Commission or CARF, against the accrediting body's public records. We repeat the check at least once a year.
How do Featured and Premier listings work?
Featured and Premier listings are paid placements that appear first in local search results, with photos and a full description, and every one is marked "Ad". Premier listings can also appear in the Premier spots on our homepage and at the bottom of every page. Only Verified facilities can advertise, and we charge a flat fee for placement, never per call, lead, referral or admission.

Tick the advertising box on the listing form on this page, and our team will contact you about a Featured or Premier listing. Advertising is available only to Verified facilities, so your profile needs to be claimed and verified first.
